1. Do you ship international?

Yes.

Please note that when ordering from outside of Switzerland, you may be subject to your country's import tax. If the customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to Twerk Shop, we will refund the payment as a store gift card (Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable)

2. I placed an order and made a payment and now the item is sold out?

Although we do our best to keep the stock levels on the website up to date, sometimes one will slip through. Not to worry, we will get in touch to offer you an alternative product or offer you a full refund as a store gift card.

3. Do you accept returns?
